What this site collects
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we store the details you type — your name, email address and message — so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. That's it. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies.
The text-size control (A− / A / A+) saves your chosen size in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
How enquiry data is used
Your enquiry is used to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver that work. It is stored securely on our own infrastructure in the UK/EU, is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and is deleted on request — email us and it's gone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form or email address on the contact page and we'll action it within 30 days — usually much faster.
Commercial terms
Digital products are sold by invoice with payment by bank transfer. Download access is issued when payment clears. If a product isn't what you expected, say so within 14 days and we'll refund it.
Consulting, training and coaching engagements are governed by the written proposal and terms agreed for each engagement.
